Baby With Two Heads (VIDEO)
The Arciaga conjoined twins was born in the Manila Hospital, Philippines. One of the babies have weak heart, the other is very healthy. Doctors will have to operate the twins but they said that they can't do it at the girls' young age. They will continue to monitor their condition and operate them when the right time comes.
